Manage your business directly from the web browser, create cases and assign them to people, design workflows and set up notifications
What's new in ProcessMaker 3.3.6:
- Bug Fixes:
- The task information of the Process Map with a Value Based assignment rule correctly displays the user information: The username of the last user participating in the current task correctly displays in the task information of the Process Map. The bug solution also applies to the following assignment rules: Cyclical, Value Based, Self Service Value Based, Self Service, Reports to and Manual Assignment. Tasks configured as parallel multiple instances don’t display the last user information.
- The jump action correctly displays the summary form after re-assigning a case: The jump action displays the summary form as well as the claim and submit buttons if the case is unassigned and the user has the Summary form permission. The jump action displays the case resume and summary form in the following lists: Inbox, Draft, Participated, Paused, Advanced Search, Review and Reassign.
- Configuring 'max file size' property in the Multiple File and File web controls now validates the post_max_size and upload_max_filesize global variables in the PHP file: The validation applies to the smaller value between the web control and the global values. Otherwise, if the user exceeds the maximum in the global values a message displays to alert them of the excess value.
ProcessMaker is a software solution that was developed specifically to enable users to model workflows with ease, run automated notifications, create reports and improve the overall performance of your business.

First and foremost, you should know this program is accessible only from the web browser, a very handy feature, as it enables you to work from any computer without encountering any kind of issues.
This application enables you to upload any kind of file from the hard drive with the help of an incorporated file browser and the “drag and drop” function, so that others can also access and work with them. It is also possible to view information pertaining to it, such as name, last modified date, owner, type, process and case, as well as download items with ease.
Manage processes and cases
The “Designer” tab enables you to create new processes, edit, delete, deactivate or export them to a custom location using a PM file. These items can integrate custom report tables, database connections, triggers and dynaforms, while it is also possible to schedule them.
It is possible to create cases and assign them to your employees or colleagues, as well as pause them, in case something else more important comes up.

Change account info, set up holidays and configure e-mail notifications
The “Dashboard” lets you analyze open and completed cases, view news pertaining to plugins and add-ons, and access the ProcessMaker Community, while the latter panel enables you to configure multiple options pertaining to your account.
For example, it is possible to add a logo, set up e-mail notifications, add work hours and holidays, set up process categories, change user name display and global date format, clear cache, change login settings and, last but not least, view system and process information.
